Marble butter cake! What more can you ask for? Moist, buttery, fluffy, not overly sweet. Makes me think of home. Missed the taste of Singapore. Perfect for a diabetic like me. Couldn't even take a pic of the cake in time because it was gone just like that. 4 person in 15mins and the cake was gone. Lol. I would recommend this cake from Amour Desserts anytime anyday.

Dream Cake for a Birthday Celebration

The Pandan Gula Melaka cake I ordered for my wife’s 60th birthday was even more perfect than we had hoped. The intense pandan flavour was very well complemented by the coconut and cream cheese icing. The cake was light and fluffy and very moist. While we made this dessert last for four days it was difficult to not eat it all in one sitting.

Purchased the open face nonya pineapple tarts for my Melburnian friends, some of whom have never tasted a pineapple tart before. All of them without exception loved it. To quote an experienced pineapple tart consumer friend; "Pauline, we've stuffed our faces with the tarts! They are delicious! The lotus paste and lotus with yolk mooncakes were both delicious and very authentic. I liked how they were not too oily and was just right with the level of sweetness. Er Rin is amazing. Messaged and asked if possible to get a birthday cake out on short notice and she was able to oblige us. So grateful. The Pandan cake was loved by everyone. Many of those eating aren't cake lovers so usually a small slice is more than enough. But the Pandan cake (which wasn't cut into tiny pieces) was devoured in an instance by everyone. It was very light, just the right sweetness, delicious and easy on the tummy. Thank you so much for the delicious cake!!

This cake reminds me of the vanilla buttercream cakes from Angel Cake House when I was growing up in Malaysia. Moist with a generous layer of vanilla buttercream. Not overly sweet. I love the variety of icing.

My mum raved about this bouquet cake the first time I got it for her, so I got her another one this year! Based off my mums feedback it is not too sweet which is the ultimate Asian compliment, the buttercream flower decorations is not sweet but creamy and put a little bit on with the cake and it goes really well, the pandan cake itself is delicious (moist and flavourful) and once again sweetness is well balanced for older Asians.

Loved the different texture on it. It is less crumbly than the other animal novelty shaped ones I ordered but still soft and buttery. Pineapple was just right not too sweet. Pastry is ok but the pineapple is one of the best I have tried so far.

Trio loaf

Loved the idea of the 3 in 1 lapis with plain, prune and haw lapis. Favourite was the prune lapis and plain. The haw bits had a sweet and sour taste which wasn't to my liking. I would order again as this loaf gave me a variety to try.

I absolutely missed the Malaysian style mooncakes like the nyonya sambal. Amour's mooncakes are definitely special and reminded me of home. Nothing boring in this box unlike the mooncakes you get in the Asian groceries in Melbourne. The sambal mooncakes have just the right spice and flavour. The salted eggs in all her mooncakes are proportioned well inside the fillings. There was a lot of TLC into making these mooncakes.

Pandan with kaya swiss roll - didn't hit the spot

The pandan sponge is beautifully smooth and pillowy soft. The kaya has a great flavour, but I think the combination of both is not for me. The kaya is like a "paste" which is fine on its own, but in a swiss roll, I prefer a more moist or maybe a creamier texture. It's all personal preference.

Worth every penny!!

They taste soooo much better than any of the Asian store-bought ones. I can always taste something artificial, and/or milk powder in those, or that the pastry is too dry, or filling it too skimpy. Not these ones!! It’s perfect in every bite! Won’t ever buy any other ones again!!

A winner for our Christmas lunch

The cake is delicious, it is exactly similar to our liking when we used to have this type of cake during our childhood in Indonesia. Not too rich and not too sweet. The cake had the smell and flavour which was the same as I remember eating in Malaysia. It could be a little more moist (buttery)only because it is semolina. It could also be a tiny bit larger for the price of the cake . Otherwise it was yummy 😋

I order this cake for my husband birthday. Original it was only Pandan but I found out later it can be added with Durian. My husband loves Durian so I added extra Durian. It turns out this was my husband's favourite cake of all time! He was so impressed with the quality of Durian taste and the Pandan was absolutely heaven for him. So I really want to thank Erin and her team for making my husband so trully happy and joyous to eat his birthday cake. Highly recommend Erin's cake for all occasions. Winney

Beautiful pineapple tarts for mid autumn festival

Was on the lookout for these pineapple tarts as well as lovely moon cakes for Mid Autumn Festival and glad I found Amour. Pastry was good and the ratio with the pineapple jam was perfect. Customer service was excellent and fast to respond to my requests. Was doing a Moon Cake festival theme with these and moon cakes for my cafe and the feedback was excellent. So I bought like 14 boxes in total! Highly recommended!

The snowskin mooncakes were a delight and did not disappoint. Flavours and sweetness were balanced to perfection and the snowskin texture was so smooth and amazing. Wish I could have more! Highly recommend and will be my go-to in the future.

Excellent quality

All the range of moon cakes that were ordered were fresh and very delicious, although this was my wife's favourite. Being from Malaysia she was very happy to be able to enjoy as well as give to relatives such high quality moon cakes.

Pandan mooncake with eggyolk

Was very very nice. And most important not sweet. Would buy again next year.

Giant yolk!

Haven't tried this type of mooncake before and the pork floss and egg yolk actually went really well together. The lotus paste was really nice, not the overly sweet kind you generally get, but the sort of taste that you can tell is made from real lotus paste. And the yolk was *huge*! Somehow the egg yolk wasn't salty enough but overall really nice flavour. Would recommend.
